Daily Duties at Health Alliance Hospital, Mary’s Avenue Campus:

Supervise team of 12 including Ultrasound Technologist, Mammographers, Breast Center Nurses, Breast Patient Navigator, and Clerical Receptionist. Work closely with Director of Ambulatory Services, Site Administrator for HealthAlliance Hospital, Director of Quality, various physicians, and all personnel within Cancer Program including surgeons, oncologists, and radiologists. Promote services to community via pamphlets, health fair exhibits, and educational lectures. Control staff schedules, process radiology department payroll, and conduct performance evaluations/disciplinary actions. Develop capital and operational budgets and prepare reports for Board of Directors. Create, review, and revise policies and procedures including employee manuals. Orchestrate all MQSA, FDA, and Joint Commission compliance matters. Manage equipment inventory, researching latest technologies and selling items no longer in use. Provide direct customer service to patients and family members to address and resolve questions/concerns.
