Daily Duties at Bj Services Company:
Assisted the Operations Supervisor in daily duties such as personnel scheduling, vehicle maintenance and job assignments. I stood in for the Operations Supervisor in rotation to include contacting customers to determine each need, created and organized job packets, scheduled personnel and equipment, coordinated with facilities personnel to organize products needed and processed paperwork upon completion of jobs. Trained and counseled supervisors and equipment operators on new equipment and procedures. Troubleshot and corrected computer problems. I met with customers in the field to oversee jobs in progress to confirm quality control. I shared my philosophy of safety, quality and pride with others. I completed all supervisor courses to achieve Master status to include stimulation, cement and acid departments. Trained others to complete and pass same curriculum. I was responsible for job procedures in the field as well as verifying and satisfying customer requirements and concerns. Learned, operated and maintained all service equipment.
