Daily Duties at Weatherford International:
I maintained an adequately trained and motivated staff of department personnel and insured compliance with Company personnel policies and all governmental health, safety and employment practices. Promoted forward thinking and assisted in the development of plans and procedures that enhance company performance in response to changing market conditions. Ensured and promoted safety, environmental, and DOT compliance within the Fracturing/Stimulation department. Determined need for equipment and supplies while maintaining appropriate levels of inventory. I communicated with customers and sales to perform each service according to client specifications. I scheduled supervisors and held them accountable for the accuracy and timeliness of their work, reports and expenses. I oversaw the general maintenance of the equipment and the facility. Recognized problems and improvements needed and passed these on to upper management. I reviewed performance against operating plans and standards. Provide reports to subordinates on interpretation of results. I consulted with District Manager when there were any substantial changes in plan direction.
