Daily Duties at Ultimate Medical Academy:

• Demonstrates knowledge of, and carefully follows all applicable federal and state compliance requirements and regulations including those prescribed by the Department of Education, ABHES, and CIE. • Effectively communicates compliance requirements to students and other staff as appropriate and quickly escalates any compliance concerns to the Compliance department. • Develops and implements marketing plans to achieve graduation employment goals. • Build effective relationships with local and regional corporations, non-profit and government, organizations and community partners to identify employment opportunities and to promote the school’s qualified students, graduates and alumni. • Completes telephone interviews and email correspondence to prospective employers to determine their employment needs. • Assists students and graduates in securing employment in their field of education. • Provide higher education information, advice and guidance to graduates through individual interviews, including resume writing and dressing for success. • Provides career coaching, including seminars and workshops on interviewing techniques and other job search skills training to students and alumni. • Help graduates assess their values, interest, abilities and skills and relate those to opportunities for employment, further sturdy and training. • Help graduates make informed decisions, develop strategies and carry out career plans as well as advising on how to present themselves effectively at interviews and cope with the transition from higher education to employment. • Ensures the up to date maintenance of the Career Services database, documentation, reports and students records in accordance with company policies, government regulations and accreditation standards. • Consistently meets department metrics and quotas.
