Daily Duties at Ramgen Power Systems:
Direct all aspects of corporate operations, IT group, programs, projects, and intellectual property to achieve ideal bottom-line results. Build, evaluate, and lead management team of 8 direct reports and 40 employees. Oversee $20 million annual budget, as well as finances, contracts, purchase review, resource allocation, and cost controls. Develop new product line business cases and company strategic vision. Manage and mitigate operational risk, ensuring regulatory and standards compliance. Create project plans and monitor progress versus timelines/benchmarks to achieve optimum quality of deliverables. Analyze and improve policies, processes, services, and systems. Serve as liaison between technical professionals and non-technical executives/board members.
