• Event sales and coordination for groups up to 1,500 at eight well known restaurants, nightclubs and event facilities throughout Denver. • Coordinate all aspects of event and meeting details, including food and beverage, floor plan design, music bookings, décor, transportation, city permits, AV, production scripts, and hotel arrangements for bands and guests. • Manage multiple direct reports and coordinate staffing of events. • Provide mentoring and career development support for team members. • Contributed to growth of banquet sales from $350,000 in 2006 to $1.3 million in 2013. • Researched, trained and implemented reservation and event management system for eight locations.
