-Successfully integrated firewall change record creation project resulting in monetary savings through a reduction in headcount. The integration entailed providing timely information requests (written/verbal) to the firewall engineers and account mgt. teams, accuracy of record creation/updates, and efficiency through adherence to change record processes. -Effectively managed large client service issues related to ticket and network management/anomalies which resulted in a decrease of service disruptions and fewer trouble reports. -Coordinated in-sourcing of Transport Network which resulted in cost savings. The savings were created by managing network alarm documentation(ticket mgmt.), efficient network troubleshooting, and timely escalation to vendors/internal entities. -Considered client perspectives as top priority in all work related activities resulting in fewer network alarms, fewer trouble reports, increased network availability, and higher customer satisfaction.
