Reported to VP of Property Development Group - Manage a team of contract and procurement specialist outsource materials and installation of $75mil in physical assets annually for the Development and Construction of existing and new Travel Centers nationwide. Responsible for design, engineering, specification development and installation of UST Fuel Delivery Systems for all existing and new Travel Centers. Managed a team of Buyers who sourced, contracted and project managed the installation; Structural Steel, Trusses, Millwork, Static Scales, HVAC units, All Electrical Equipment, Fuels System Controls, Corp Computers, Software and Hardware.
