Daily Duties at Tribune Media Services :
I was promoted and put in charge of a new department to implement a professional project management processes (Stage Gate) and facilitated product development meetings for the executive team. Led the launch of TMS’ On ™ database and image products that support the new navigation requirement for next-generation guides. Managed all phases of project and product development, including ROI; requirements gathering; proof of concept through development and testing; training and launch; and post-operations review on a quarterly basis. Led the quality measurement program responsible for tracking and analyzing all internal and external product inquiries and service issues.
