Daily Duties at Transfuels, Llc (Blu):

1 Year,Direct report to CEO -Manage the Real Estate, Permitting and Entitlement, Design and Engineering and Construction Project Management Team, Responsibilities include: Oversee a team of Real Estate Managers and Entitlement Specialist to work with a national sales and marketing team to acquire prime locations for natural gas fueling stations, and present to an Executive Investment Committee, feasibility and market analysis. Managed pre-construction phase of due diligence, entitlement, design and engineering for City Planning and Zoning Approvals. Oversee construction management of all aspects of planning, scheduling, estimating, budgeting, reporting and actual construction of LNG Fueling Facilities. Manage and reporte progress of advance engineering projects for unique LNG Technologies. Responsible for hiring Staff, Managing overhead growth/reduction, personal performance contracts and monitor labor utilization. Over the last 3 months, I directly report to the President, taking lead on LNG Business Development Opportunities in the Aggregates, Industrial and Marine Sectors.
