Daily Duties at Cellucom:
- Cellucom: Major retailer/distributor of mobile handsets and laptops in the GCC region. - Connectivity with mobile operators & 3rd party service providers in MEA region (GCC, Jordan Syria, Kenya, Tanzania & Namibia) - B2B Tie up with Content Owners (Hungama, Rotana, ArabiaCell) - Promotion of Digital Content through U-club (Cellucom’s content portal) - B2B Cross promotions to develop the retail division (BoxofficeME & Timeout tickets) - Marketing & PR exercises + Brand promotion of Retail division to increase footfall. (Digital marketing, events, press releases, interviews, TV shows) • Main achievements: - Assisted establishing VAS (CDP & SMS gateway)Created new sales of AED 2.6 M in 12-month period June 2008 to June 2009 - B2B Sales for Retail & VAS o UAE: Mashreq Bank, Flash, Radio FM 105.4, 1boxoffice, UM Promoseven, Al Fahim Group, Fares Products, Asianet TV, Kairali TV, Al Aan TV, Ahlia Exchange, M Lemon Events, Al Jazira Club, PanEmirates & Dreamdays & Bahrain Voice FM.
