The operations exceeded 1.6m sq. ft. with 2,000 employees and typically operated 24/7 with exceptionally fast paced customer demands before downsizing commenced. Senior member of management team responsibilities including logistics, warehousing, inventory control, inventory accounting, project management, facilities management, customer service, operations, and team leadership.
