Plant Manager for 550,000 sq. ft., 250 employees, in assembly and sequencing center in Brownstown Michigan. General Manager responsible for P&L, Customer Service, and supply chain metrics in fast paced multi-shift operation servicing Ford Motor Co, Flat Rock Assembly. The operation received 100 inbound trucks per day and sequenced 200 outbound shuttles to Ford Flat Rock Assembly Plant. General Manager for all operational aspects, including 37 staff positions and 210 UAW employees.
