Southeast Field Service Supervisor (2013 – Present) • Responsible for managing both Private and Government Sectors covering 6 states and a total of 28 technicians. Including Scheduling, Absence Management, Training, Coaching, and Performance Reviews. • Accounts include multiple locations, businesses and local governments throughout the southeast. • Full Range of support for client services including Compliance, Helpdesk, Break/Fix, Warranty, Installations, and POS systems. • Responsible for forecasting Profit and Loss, Budgeting, SLA, Resource Planning, and RFP. • Prepared reports and updates to clients and management. Program Manager (2006 – 2012) • In charge of all aspects for Pomeroy/Volusia County Government relationship including RFP, ERP, and SLA. • Utilize broad scope of industry knowledge and dynamic technical acumen toward supporting the Volusia County Government contract for all computer and printer requirements, including quotes, purchasing, storage, pre-installation prep, installation, hardware/software installation and configuration, networking, warranty, de-installation, disposal, buyback, and return to vendor. • Maximize contract success by proficiently overseeing 5,000+ systems. • Managing 4-year replacement cycles while overseeing $4.9 million in equipment and storage.
