Daily Duties at General Dynamics:

Accountable for the technical engineering and operational implementation of new weapon system software packages. Coordinated the design, development, testing and deployment of weapon software packages and updates. Successfully managed the program engineering team consisting of twelve engineering and technical team leads as well as their associated reports. Managed the preliminary and critical design review for all engineering packages. Developed and effectively managed the programs multimillion-dollar budget throughout project phases. Formulated business schedules to ensure on-time project delivery and project under-budget completion. Defined and managed Risk Management Register; reduced all inherent and assumed risks to acceptable levels. Responsible for interfacing with owner representatives and key project stakeholders to discuss project parameters, contracts, documentation as well as the program’s implementation. Appointed as SME for the adherence to General Dynamics Advanced Information Engineering Procedure System.
