- Program Management: Prepared and reported on grants, implemented projects, built partnerships, networked with agencies, and supervised 7 employees. - Strategic Planning: Developed a comprehensive Climate Change Strategy to complement the Palau Conservation Society’s 2010-2015 Strategic Plan. - Project Design/Management: Managed a team of 15 community-based conservationists to conduct a baseline inventory of approximately 230 sq. km. of coral reef systems. - Curriculum Design/Development: Designed and managed a partnership for the development and implementation of the Koror State Tour Guide Certification Program. . - Donor Relations: Choreographed and coordinated workshops/naturalist tours in Palau for groups such as the United States Coral Reef Task Force, NOAA, The Nature Conservancy, Pew Charitable Trust, David and Lucile Packard Foundation, Dow Chemical, Morita Corporation, Koç Holdings, Society for the Conservation of Reef Fish Aggregations and Bird Life International. - International Representation: International Marine Protected Area Congress (IMPAC1), Geelong, Australia. The Nature Conservancy Pacific Marine Efroymson Program, Kosrae, Hawaii, Palau. Served as the Palau National Country Coordinator for the Locally Managed Marine Areas (LMMA) Network Coordination Team Meeting in Suva, Fiji. Climate Investment Funds 2010 Partnership Forum, Asian Development Bank, Manila, Philippines. Micronesia Conservation Trust, Climate Change Adaptation Workshop, Pohnpei, Micronesia.
