Fostered relationships with clients to achieve portfolio disposition success, resolve issues preventing portfolio disposition, and expand business opportunities for corporation. Executed on strategic and financial direction of the corporation in support of a variety of initiatives to include conversion from a proprietary system to an industry standard loan servicing system, shifts in volume and staffing, and relocation of business unit to Dallas, Texas.
