Daily Duties at Diligent Group Llc:

Lead sessions with executive business partners and technical team to analyze, diagnose, and resolve problems and identify requirements (Business, Functional, System, and Technical Requirements). Build Requirement Specifications & Design Documentation. Decomposed high level business requirements into technical specifications, created use cases and screen mockups for various projects. Collaborate with Business Partners to build and create Use Case Models and Use Cases. Collaborate needs to technical team to determine system capabilities and/or restrictions. Act as liaison between Business and Technical Teams. Analyze & translate issues reported by business users into problems actionable by the technology teams and vice-versa. Developed KPIs for tracking and evaluation of success. Create and manage all Testing Cycles (Functional Testing, Security Testing, Regression Testing, Functional Testing, Performance Testing, Load/Stress Testing). Create Test Cases, Test Scripts, Test Approach, and Test Plan. Create Proposals, SOW (Statements of Work), and Road maps. Created and Managed Project Plans to meet time lines, Resource Allocation, Issue and Risk Assessment, Analysis, and Management. Performed Business Process Improvement, Business Process Modelling, Business Process Redesign. Create and implement SQL statement to query various databases in order to analyse data and map fields. Gathered business, functional, and technical requirements for various types of projects such as ERP, Data Warehouse, Point of Sale Systems, etc. Identified source systems, their connectivity, related tables and fields and ensure data suitably for mapping. Used MS-Visio for flow-charting, Use-Case process model and architectural design of the application. Assisted in monitoring ancillary data transactions and addressed problems. Documented User stories and assisted in documentation of test cases with the testing team. Conducted requirements gathering, categorization, test approaches, and use cases (Technical and Functional responsibilities). Worked closely with client teams to create, define and document standardized metrics resulting in a new metrics reporting tool. Facilitate client and team status meetings including developing Leadership status reports.
