•Collaborate with program coordinator regarding policy and procedure of the facility; hiring and training staff, employee evaluations, time-sheet scheduling, adhere to regulatory accrediting body requirements and professional practice standards. •Leading decision-making processes that involve numerous goals, strategic and operational planning •Maintain consensus-based relationships with various organizations •Work effectively and collaboratively in a fast paced primary healthcare setting; familiarity with evidence based practices for treatment of depression and other mental disorders •Computer literate in MS Office applications and knowledge of clinical systems.
