Assisted Executive Director and Director with the day to day operations of the program •Financial and management controls, business strategy, e-business and operations, Information technology, and supply chain management. •Consumer decision-making and program management •Managing teachers, with the expectation for expanding the performance of the program •Provide strategic leadership, measure and report performance of teachers for the development and management of program •Provide academic advising to parents communicate curriculum, graduation requirements, and policies and procedures. •Supervised teachers who worked with children who were emotionally and behaviorally challenged.
