Daily Duties at Lil' Kidz Daycare:
Owner and Director meet weekly for update on facility performance Owner and Director meet to discuss staff performance Owner and Director meet to discuss parent concerns with behavior of teacher •Advertising, marketing, billing, hiring and training staff; developing, creating and implementing new policies, obtaining licenses and certifications, discussing and addressing parent or staff concerns. •Experience managing a minimum of 20 staff •Supervise and manage the day to day operations of the center, such as recruitment, admissions procedures, and enrollment operations. •Knowledge of laws, regulations, methods, and techniques in regards to admissions •Four years experience as Director •Work with disabled children (Autism, Learning disability, Attention deficit disorder)
