Daily Duties at Olgoonik Global Security:

Tracks and reports all off-compound Embassy/Consulate travelers to Regional Security Officer & ARSO using PTL monitoring systems.  Provide information on travel notifications, restrictions and travel requests to RSO/ARSO based on daily intelligence information.  Provides reports (daily, weekly, monthly, situational) for RSO/ARSO on operational and administrative issues relative to the job requirement within the Tactical Operation Center.  Conducts PTL training to ensure personnel are mission-ready.  Maintains a traveler database as required.  Identifies and clarifies issues related to program/Embassy & Consulate requirements/needs.  Through current intelligence able to track/maintain/plan/process projected movements for Embassy/Consulate personnel especially Diplomats & VIP.  Monitor and analyze the environment with particular emphasis on areas occupied by Chief of Mission (COM) personnel and potential impact to security of US officials and private sector personnel and facilities.  Facilitates dissemination of finished intelligence reports and raw intelligence data to COM personnel.  Maintains direct contact with intelligence specialists in military and civilian counterparts with particular emphasis on areas occupied by COM personnel.  Maintains CENTRIX & SIPR accounts for use of PSDS2 systems (ISR assets), JCHAT (IM Messenger), JOCWATCH (Intelligence Reporting), and GEOINT Visualization Services (GVS) for real time area reporting.  Handle and manage COMSEC, Hardware, and networks for PTL classified systems.
