Daily Duties at Cisco (Formerly Cerent Corporation):
Responsible for all Human Resources consulting including Employee Relations, Investigations, Performance Management, and Training and Development- for population of approximately 800, in various locations throughout the United States. Primary Human Resources liaison for Cerent-Cisco Acquisition and Integration. Initial job scope was overall development and deployment of Human Resources Department for Cerent Corporation, which was later sold to Cisco Systems for $7.3 Billion.
