 Built and maintained relationships with candidates ensuring success as a full-cycle recruiter  Facilitated the hiring process by pre-interviewing, screening and coaching of candidates for client interviews to insure a good clinical match  Developed prospect list and pipeline to insure success in exceeding quotas, metrics and gross profit  Educate and negotiate with potential candidates on compensation and benefits package available  Responsible for daily maintenance and weekly follow-up and of all candidates  Ensure all candidates have completed all pre & post placement activities  Managed multiple types of allied health professionals and placed them on traveling medical assignments nationwide via telephone  Communicate effectively with account executives regarding available candidates and placement potential  Follow-up on all existing candidates to ensure retention, quality control and development of new business through referrals  Consistently outperformed goals given, always ranking in the top 10% of sales
