Daily Duties at Ardor Health Solutions:

 Developed and managed company budget  Guided and directed the leadership team including office managing principals, financial, human resource and marketing directors  Coached, mentored and developed individual leadership team members, sales and office staff  Developed a leadership and management succession plan  Actively lead and supported a proactive, results oriented work culture  Directed the development and execution of national/local business sector development plans and monitored results  Developed and executed strategic accounts planning process  Worked with President and CEO to ensure the firm’s marketing plan is  Consistently executed in regards to metrics, goals and sales quotas  Ensures that the key financial performance indicators are in place to achieve the firm’s financial performance aligned with the strategic plan  Participated in establishing and implementation of organizational policies and procedures  Participated in the development and implementation of the mission, vision and values of the company  Resolves problems related to entire organization both internally and externally  Highly experienced in collection of data so as to analyze, monitor and report statistical information for timely management decisions  Responsible for employee evaluation development and maintenance  Responsible for the development, evolution and refinement of the quality improvement process within the departments of the company  Identify, recruit, hire, develop and retain “A” players for internal sales and recruiting roles  Worked closely with IT to develop and maintain custom applicant tracking system and sales database  Helped develop company website  Responsible for direction of IT support  Created, developed and strategically managed marketing and networking affiliations  Actively involved in sales and business development including trade shows, national conferences and participated in the annual National Healthcare Staffing Summit  Evaluate contracts and conduct business reviews to analyze business profitability  Grow top line and manage the sales strategy for the market  Responsible for the development, inter-departmental standardization, and deployment of all recruitment and sales processes, guidelines policies and procedures  Responsible for the development of standardized on-boarding  Developed all training and orientation for recruiting and sales
