Daily Duties at Oakmont Management Group:
Directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of all Human Resources functions for rapidly expanding senior living company. At the time I started there were approximately 200 employees under the management of Oakmont. We subsequently have staffed and opened six brand new communities and taken control of seven communities that were being managed by an outside company- bringing the headcount to almost 1,400.
