Daily Duties at Silverstein Properties:

• Manage Network and Server Operations - handling all aspects of Computer/Network Operations such as management of network, servers and telecommunications (VOIP). • Worked with EMC Engineers to expand the VNX and Data Domain Production and DR environment. • Engaged third party vendors for projects and proposals. • Develop policies and standards for use in operations, security of network, personal computers, and make sure all security compliance is maintained and followed. • Benchmarked, analyzed, reported, and make recommendations for the improvement of the IT infrastructure, IT systems and telecom. • Supervised administration of vendor and consultant contracts and service agreements. • Supervised the procurement, deployment, maintenance and support of hardware and software. • Supervised provision of end-user services, including Helpdesk and Technical Support Services.
