Daily Duties at Bahr, Inc.:
Developed impact studies on the Army’s Modernization Plan and on current and future force structure initiatives with respect to the Quadrennial Defense Review 2001. Served as the Headquarters, Department of the Army Proponent for Functional Area 50- Force Management officer career field. Managed the development of this new Army officer career field. Developed principles under which Force Management officers provide support to the on-going modernization of the U.S. Army. Developed “Training with Industry” program and graduate level education opportunities for the FA 50 career progression plan. Ensured that FA50 officers were utilized to the maximum extent possible and afforded the opportunities for greater responsibilities and promotions. Developed prioritization rules for funding Base Generating Force in the HQDA program and budget system in the TAA 2007. Developed a system to described TDA force structure similar to MTOE SRC numbers. Additionally, developed a template for use in the development of standard TDA force structure to further align the TDA force similar to the MTOE force.
