Daily Duties at Northrop Grumman Corp.:

• Served as the subject matter expert on Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) process for the Programs and Priorities Division (DAPR-FDR), Army Deputy Chief of Staff, G-8, Force Development Directorate. • Assisted all Force Development hardware divisions in the development of their annual Program Objective Memorandum (POM) for appropriations: OPA, OMA, RDTE, MSL, AMMO and ACFT. • Instructed action officers in the use of FDIIS and POM building procedures. • Served as main troubleshooter for issues with Force Development concerning POM building. • Authored the Force Development Bill-Billpayer Tool, in conjunction with Force Development Investment Information System (FDIIS), which is used by the 2 Star Review in the final steps of POM build to find funding for desired Program Bills and identify Programs to serve as Billpayers. • Provided budget planning experience which involved quantitative and qualitative analysis of numerous procurement and research and development programs within the Army G8 in light of continuing shrinking budgets. • Long term budget and strategic planning over several POMs in order to obtain the minimum amount of equipment necessary for the Army to successfully complete its warfight mission.
