Daily Duties at Ob Xtek, Inc.:
• Provide a managed structure of data for decision-making and recommend courses of action. • Provide budget and planning program management expertise to assist the development of program plans, performance metrics, and resource requirements for a portfolio of Special Agent programs for Domestic Operations Directorate. • Identify and evaluate key programs and budget issues. • Analyze programs to determine alternative processes and develop program proposals and project plans in conjunction with program managers. • Develop processes to better implement the programs’ plans, save resources or reduce costs, and enhance security-related operations. • Evaluate long-term operations and project operational and maintenance costs and develop life cycle plans. • Develop strategic plans and performance measures that can assist Diplomatic Security (DS) programs and senior-level managers with achieving the DS goals and objectives in support of the Department’s mission, operations and goals. • Responsible for a fiscal year trend analysis of the Bureau’s Quarterly Performance Plans and Performance Measures to identify and report inconsistencies or patterns of concerns regarding the Bureau’s programs and operations that affect the Bureau’s long and short-term strategic goals and plans.
