Daily Duties at Hewlett Packard:
Hardware and Software Configuration Management for the end user. Give access/create/remove accounts for Clear Quest users. Reset user and system passwords. Change file read/write/execute attributes as required in UNIX. Assist users with the installation process of Clear Quest. Clear Case SVN. Make changes to Clear Quest Schemas as requested
