Daily Duties at Ge Healthcare:

Directs all zone operations through leadership and development of shared services organization. Drives operational execution and achievement of business metrics, predictable and accurate forecasting, cash collection management, customer service and FE productivity. Develops strategies to simplify and create efficiencies for Service Systems applications. Designs and implements integrated hardware and software computer and information systems to meet organizational requirements. Ensure 100% compliance with all quality, regulatory and legal requirements for the Service team creating and executing procedures for compliance and monitoring effectiveness for continual improvements (FDA and EHS). Directly supervise Service systems team including hiring, firing, performance review, salary planning, employee relations, mentoring and motivating.
