Daily Duties at Rocky Brands, Inc.:
• Managing in-house creative team and onsite event/activation teams and tradeshow staff • Managing outside agency relationships • Identifying and selecting new sponsorship opportunities outside of traditional western channels • Collaborating with teams to ensure reach of content through social channels • Suggesting programs to generate traffic, connect with consumers and increase brand awareness through all social programs • Ensuring creative direction is focused and consistent for target audience • Facilitating and moderating consumer focus groups • Selecting, planning, and acting as onsite director for all consumer and trade events • Developing new handbag/outerwear line with factory in India – styles, brand position, collection names, copy and hangtags/labeling • Coordinating blogger/editor events in NYC • Performing in-depth trend research and competitive analysis • Establishing partnerships with additional PR agencies and media outlets • Planning and coordinating photo shoots (studio and on location), act as onsite artistic director
