Daily Duties at Falcon Consulting:

Led and oversaw a team of Voice & Data, LAN and Support subcontractors. Created estimates for the production process, controlled costs, managed P&L and procured materials. Led weekly review sessions and performed forecasts with the in-house team and the client’s senior managers.
