o Built Business Plan, Managed Finance and Accounting, obtained Funding, prepared and made Bank Deposits, Reconciled bank accounts and Merchant Account, & Taxes (Employee, Sales, and Property). o Designed and managed total reconstruction of building and gardens, and managed team to maintain all the daily operations and yearly planning. o Developed and implemented Brand – Products and Services – created company logo, web site, 25+ packages, promotions, add-ons, Blog, Email Broadcasting, Facebook, Twitter, and business partner advertising updates. Also, designed LAN, WAN, and integrated 3rd party and customized software. o Created Success Metrics for achieving best sales results and Pipeline of customers, and model for all sales and add-on sales efforts, and Reservation system. o Reported Financial Statements – Profit & Loss, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet, and Payroll Summaries. o Led all Business units – Administration, Construction and Maintenance, Food & Beverages, House Keeping, and Front Desk (Reservations, Concierge, and Special Events). Recorded Schedules and time-off. o Developed highest level of customer satisfaction by meeting with all personnel – trained them in all phases of operations, products and services train the trainer and cross training. o Prepared reporting and meetings for all business units – for Improved Work-Performance. o Created Customer Satisfaction cards and reported personally update for Guests of our progress, and further enhanced training and development for Improved Work Performance.
