Daily Duties at Joint Staff J7:
Active member of the Individual Training and Learning (IT&L) team Blended Learning Training System (BLTS). Provide science of learning subject matter expertise to joint IT&L requirements. Conducts research, metrics and assessments data collection for individual, staff, and unit collective training. Provide written records, evaluations and interpretations of study findings and the statistical procedures used in an Executive Level Metrics and Assessment reports. Assist in producing publishable-quality scholarly articles, essays, position papers and presentations for the science of blended learning and joint training trends, their implications, and recommendations.
