Constructed expressing of superoxide dismutase in Escherichia coli system, renatured inclusion body, tested the efficiency of superoxide dismutase in cancer cells and in protecting cells against ultraviolet. Collabarated with peers to accomplish research, evaluated the survival of cells with 3-(4,5-Dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide assay, solved problems by looking up literature and perfecting previous methods.
