Worked intensively with associate professor Liqun Gu on the topic of single molecule detection in nanopore, and participated in qualifying mercury mediated RNA-DNA mismatch group, and the application of T-Hg-T DNA merculock in diagnosing lung cancer. Worked with postdoctors on the topic of quantifying and qualifying cross-link DNA with different length of sequence in nanoscale with nanopore technology. Completed assigned tasks independently, analyzed dataset with Clampfit and extracted useful information from fitted model, set up planar bilayer nanopore detecting system.
