Managed the Program Management Office (PMO), with full accountability for consulting on the launch of a corporate PMO for a major company acquisition while supervising 6-member team of program management staff.  Met project deliverables by conceptualizing and developing foundational business process methods.  Spearheaded diverse project management activities including developing a standard set of reports for project plans, designing training and enforcing corporate-wide project management standards.  Effectively translated a corporate master plan into a workable standard format for use in the design of the PMO and delegation of specific project tasks.
