 Strategically planned workflow to maximize use of resources while controlling costs and meeting company and client needs.  Successfully directed the Enterprise Program Management and Integration (EPMI) office and conceived and instituted process improvements in support of the entire enterprise software development lifecycle.  Generated a total cost of ownership model and cost benefit analysis for Rational Tools, and served as subject matter expert on a project to deploy RUP and Rational Tools at an enterprise level.
