Answered multi-line phone system and directed clients to the appropriate individuals Performed data entry, faxing, and filing, draft memos, reports and other correspondences Responsible for write-ups corresponding to senior level management meetings Create and distribute minutes in regards to weekly meetings attended by the CEO, VP and staff
