Daily Duties at Benchmark Hospitality:

 Develop exercise programs appropriate for healthy individuals and individuals with medically controlled health conditions while applying motivational and behavioral tactics to aid individuals adapt and maintain a healthy lifestyle  Facilitating monthly membership drives to promote the facility and enroll new members  Responsible for keeping an updated list of all current and active members  Maintain the McLean Fitness Center “Pulse” webpage by updating information, upcoming events and announcements pertaining to the fitness center  Accountable for coordinating group exercise program tasks, such as publishing the monthly class schedule, developing new classes, keeping up with instructors timesheets, tracking monthly group exercise participation, monthly instructors expenses report, and hiring process including training and interviewing of new instructors  Create and distribute minutes pertaining to monthly fitness services meetings  Perform pre-exercise health risk assessments and conduct physical fitness assessments
