Daily Duties at Bank Of America:

Using my skills as a business owner I was initially hired as Personal Banker out of the Casa Grande branch. Often I was lead seller for our region and met or exceeded all of my quarterly goals, including loan origination and funding. I fully understand how to determine the client’s needs and build a lasting customer relationship. I have strong critical thinking skills that also have helped move me towards my current role as Assistant Branch Manager. I have initiated and understand how to foster a strong working environment while continuing to reach our sales goals monthly as a solid team. Along with the Branch manager we are responsible for leading and managing a full team of sellers that are driven to succeed. This has taught me to be very proactive and learn to understand each customer differently to gain the business.
