Daily Duties at Bbva Compass:
As a Branch Manager for BBVA Compass I am in charge of the everyday operations of the branch. From hiring, coaching and developing employees in sales and operations to building strong relationship with portfolio customer (business and consumer) and prospecting and acquiring more customers to the existing portfolio of the branch. I am responsible for meeting all sales goals for the branch, elaborating the sales strategy and keeping the operations in compliance with the bank policies and regulations.
