Daily Duties at Delta Airlines:

* Manages and oversees all active aircraft maintenance workload, resources, and activities at the Delta Airlines base maintenance facility * Ensure compliance to EPA, FAA regulations and Inspections * Manage, schedule training, input payroll and prepare work schedules for a team consisting of 2 Production Control Supervisors, 4 Production Clerks12 Aircraft Lead Mechanics, and 104 Aircraft Mechanics * Track work schedules, supervise aircraft hangar / aircraft leads, coordinate materials and resources to successfully deliver aircraft maintenance and / or modifications * Work closely with management to assure Quality, compliance, dependability, reliability, Training, and Continuing Safety policies are strictly adhered to * Responsible for all activities of the maintenance planning and production control area in the hangar. * Coach, assist and supervise Team members in proper work procedures and practices.
