Daily Duties at Sprint Corporation:
Developed all operational procedures that were to be used in Sprint's National Access Circuit Provisioning Centers. These procedures included order entry, customer interface guidelines, customer billing, and call scripting. Interfaced with Sprint's regulatory organization to ensure that the National Access Centers were following all state and federal provisioning guidelines. Served as a point of contact to testify in front of various State Public Utility Commissions on behalf of Sprint regarding Circuit Provisioning Practices.
