Daily Duties at Embarq Corporation:
Managed Embarq's inbound Mid-Market Business Call Center that was staffed with over 170 call center agents, 6 supervisor, 1 Operations Manager, 2 quality team members and 3 Work Force Management agents. Managed all of the call centers statistics to include Average Handle Time, Service Levels, Average Call Waiting, and Dropped Calls. Ensured that all of the Managers delivered ongoing feedback to their agents on performance. This included 1-on-1 with agents to go over quality observations. Responsible for the ongoing development and maintenance of training for managers and agents to ensure the highest quality of service to Embarqs' business customers. Conducted weekly meetings and huddles with staff to ensure everyone was up to date on any procedural changes and current events that may impact the organization. Handled all customer escalations that could not be handled by the supervisor team. Developed all employee sales objectives and quality requirements. Responsible for ensuring that the inbound call center operated within its' given budgetary requirements.
