- Recruit all employees through using various employment channels to include Monster, CareerBuilder, Craigslist, Newspapers Handle all Accounts Payable Functions Establish all employee work schedules Ensure that services that are provided to the customer are at the highest quality. Initiate all corrective action that is applicable through ongoing documentation that is provided to all employees. - Develop and Market brand recognition, advertising and public relations via joining various community groups which includes the Ontario Growth Association, Better Business Bureau, and the Richland County Chamber of Commerce. Also work with other media outlets for Brand Recognition to include local team sponsorships,
