Result: Sales Representatives became rejuvenated because of dispersal of relevant information not previously available. Developed new product plan for marketing of sport sunglasses with a fashion emphasis. Directly involved in negotiating several endorsement programs. Result: 15% increase in those sales channels. Restructured Consumer Service center by creating direct sales, telemarketing services, and recycling programs. Result: $700,000 annual operation cost turned into $250,000 profit center in the first year, $2M in four years. Designed and built two company concept stores designed for product testing, new design seeding, feedback, and brand awareness. Result: Under budget and over $5M in increased sales. Directed franchise operations of a new Outlet Store division. Result: Huge success in sales and inventory control. A significant company achievement. Promotions/Trade Shows: Implemented sponsorship programs featuring the U.S. Disabled Ski Team, Team Rollerblade, Crest Cycling Team, and the America's Cup Syndicates. Handled trade show logistics for the ski industry show (SIA) as well as ASR and regional United States Ski Association vendor shows.
