Instrumental in developing a modern, reliable network infrastructure designed to be redundant yet yield a flexible structure to support the mission and growth plans for a noted manufacturer of office products and military supplies, and provider of services to government agencies and training opportunities for blind community members. Established and maintain, in collaboration with CEO, CFO and COO, a sharp organizational focus of IT’s role in future projects, product rollouts, budgets and expectations of results. Identify and directly supervise development of high-potential personnel in support of succession planning objectives. Hold accountability for budgeting and forecasting to full P&L experience. With the dedication and consistent improvement of technical systems, I have improved my position from IT Tech to Application Analyst to Information Systems Manager.
